A few days later I found myself back at Leeds Academy shooting Alkaline Trio with The Audition and Broadway Calls supporting. I was being a typical photographer and grumbling about the lighting during Alkaline Trio’s set but The Audition had some snazzy blue and white light. They were a strangely poppy support for Alkaline Trio but their youthful energy brightened up the gig somewhat, which was otherwise a little lacking in vibrancy.
