Secret Garden Party
I very almost didn’t go to Secret Garden Party and what a shame that would have been. Considering my festival of choice is usually Leeds Festival, Secret Garden Party was a completely different world as the emphasis was not solely on the music but on the entire festival experience. Theatre, a healing sanctuary, gladiator sports, mud wrestling, life drawing, unlawful weddings and a whole host of other things meant that there was always something going on to take part in or be a spectator of. The most perfect place to be a big kid and let your imagination run wild.
I spent most of the weekend running around with my camera glued to my hand, finger on the shutter release and lens cap off as there was something to photograph around every corner. A few of these photos are below and head over to the photos section of Secret Garden Party’s website to see some more.
